Q：Is it all right to charge when the phone is functioning?
A: It is OK,but not good.
1. The circuit board of the phone is easily broken, and at the same time it will shorten the battery life.
2. The radiation is higher for dozens of the usual amount so it is very harmful to human beings in this situation.
